It can, although it isn't common. It is unusual that you have libido. Do ED meds work for you?

Haven't tried any yet.

"Still have desire" is a definite good thing. My quick-and-dirty advice, since Viagra and Cialis work with desire?

1) Go on daily 5mg tadalafil (and boost it up to 20mg a couple times a week for sexual activity, and to shore up nocturnal erections and promote blood vessel health.

2) Use an ED device that will stimulate upward bloodflow and inhibit outflow.

The easiest and fastest way, and it's free, is to get the instructions I wrote for the Loop, which tells how to make it yourself very easily.

The Loop took me through the bewildering loss of sexual desire that comes with ADT -- it gave me erections on demand, whether I felt like it or not.

Because of that, my libido, and sexual functioning survived pretty much (80%) intact, despite the zero-T environment. I am very grateful.

3) There's also the brilliant-yet-expensive ($300) Elator, which guarantees penetrative success with zero, partial or full erection.

Try the Loop first -- tonite. Just message me with your email address. A lot of guys are now asking about this incredible, insanely simple device.

With Lupron and casodex you are lucky to have any desire. I was on casodex and one of the side effects is reduced erection ability. I would recommend bimix shots. They work very well. They give you an erection that will last plenty long enough. You use a diabetic needle, short and very fine. Take the shot and in about 10 minutes you are good to go.

Watch out for bad side effects from the casodex. I was on it for a year and a half. It crippled me. I hurt all the time. I retained water so bad you couldn't pinch me. Stairs brought me to tears. No strength. I told my doctor I was done, no more. He's not happy with me but I am okay with that. I'd rather go out sooner but happy versus longer and being the grumpy old guy on the scooter in Walmart.

Take care my friend.
