Oh my god, it's been 5 weeks since laparoscopic prostate surgery. Can anyone recommend vitamins, supplements, what have you been taking? Obvious ED, but orgasm is possible, but it's with urine? Who had the surgery, what are you doing?

sorry to hear your having such problems. Sometimes the body takes time to heal. You might try a physiotherapist who can help you with kegal exercises to get better control. You could also get a script for daily Cialis (tadafil). It is primarily an ed medication but, for reasons no one knows, it also helps some people with incontinence.

At five weeks you can start to exercise. Even light exercise like walking can help you feel so much better - both physically and mentally. Get out an walk for at least 20 minutes every day if nothing else.

I had my RP in 2018. The first six weeks I was only allowed to walk for exercise. I started going to the gym regularly after six weeks but started slowly with light weights. After a couple of weeks of that, I was doing my full work outs and running some. Looking back, I think it took me 4-6 months of working out hard to get back to where I was pre-surgery.

I think you should be doing a ton of kegels, at least 60-80 every day. I started my penile rehab. at the five week mark. It consisted of sildenafil and using the pump almost daily. My Uro. was really serious about me using the pump every day. Hey, you are only at the five week mark. Your body withstood a major trauma. Hang in there and good luck.
