Just wondering if anyone has experience with olaparib? I now have metastases in my liver as well as bones. I started carboplatin chemo last week after failed docetaxel and carparvotaxel treatments. Olaparib has been mentioned as a possible treatment.

Useless (and highly toxic) unless you are BRCA+. Have you had Pluvicto?

thank you Tall_Allen. Pluvicto has not been offered as yet. Is it more effective?

As I said, olaparib only works if you are BRCA+. Are you?

I have BRCA2 mutation. Olaparib worked for 7 months for me. I’m now on cabazitaxel.
