Hi, our baby is nearly 9 months old and since Christmas he’s had a constant runny nose - clear snot - on just one side, he’s had various coughs and colds due to weather and winter I guess but it’s always dripping that side. He’s had antibiotics after Xmas for a cough and ‘in case’ it was a sinus infection but it got better for about 2 days now it’s back again. It’s clear so can’t be an infection, any ideas? He doesn’t have teeth yet, can teething cause runny nose? I’m at a loss with ideas! I saline sprays and do lots of wiping but what else could help? It’s always running. Excuse the spinach round his mouth 🤭🤣

Hi, could it be leaking out the nose from a tear duct, they can be commonly blocked up to about one years old.

Or sinus block on one side. Things may improve with growth.
