Castor oil is no longer advised. It gives you the runs really bad and can be harmful to baby.

I know you must be really fed up but you haven't got long left now. Keeping active and stress free will help xx

If you think you're exhausted now, just wait till baby is here. It will give a while new meaning to the word.

I know it can be hard to have the patience to meet your person, but try to enjoy these last few days. My little one is 3 months old now and I have found I really miss my bump, I loved feeling her kick and hiccup in me. Good luck

Hi, as the previous posters mentioned castor oil is no longer considered safe.

Have they not offered you a sweep at the hospital? I had one and it worked wonders (my waters broke a few hours later) although I had been in labour with contractions 5 or 6 minutes apart for 2 days when they offered it. Maybe you can check if that's an option?
