Should l be worried? Help please

My natural miscarriage bleeding stopped on Wednesday. It was totally gone not even brown discharge. Today l was to the hospital and scan showed that everything is OK everything has ended. The sonographer said that there is fluid and l can have brownish discharge which is normal. Me and my husband didn't have sex for almost 3 months first we was afraid not to harm the baby then we learnt l am going to miscarry we was deeply in grief then 2 weeks bleeding and today l said this to the doctor and she said that we can have sex because bleeding stopped. After doing it today l had red spotting it's not bleeding but more than spotting and it didn't stop still every time in the tissue there is red blood and even little blood clots .

Now l regret not waiting for a week (even though doctor said it's OK ) now how l will understand about infection or any other problem

Ahh sorry you’ve lost your baby it is truly awful.

The bleeding will stop from having sex it happened to me too prob just early and your body adjusting. They say if you get an infection it will smell bad so you’ll know, you’ll be fine I’m sure.

Sod the sonographer say your miscarriage is complete? Or so you still have a pregnancy sack inside you? If the sack is still there, you may bleed more and expel the sac narurally or will need to have medical intervention. X
