Got up early and walked the dog. Did washing. Just realised must bake brown bread now. Not a task l enjoy.
Went to the shop for some bread, applied for some more jobs to show willing, got on with some Scottish gaelic, went for a walk after I had got the bread and watched mission impossible on DVD and finished off my Easter egg!
You've had a productive day by the sounds of it Jenny.
We both did the housework this morning, then I went on a powerwalk and bought a few provisions along the way and then I made some cottage pies for hubby, we both eat very differently as he's a meat eater whereas I'm Vegan.

Well they say opposites attract, my parents were similar as dad ate a cheese sandwich nearly every day of his life, mum didn't eat cheese, although for some reason she liked cheesecake

They certainly do. I love Applewood Vegan cheese but my hubby has never liked cheese but funnily enough he also likes cheesecake, he does have a sweet tooth.

You obviously had a good day, Jenny. It has been sunny here for most of the day but we did have an hour or so of heavy snow this morning which cleared very nicely when the sun came out.
I did some chores this morning and had a walk after lunch. The wind was very cold but it was dry. I did some more chores this afternoon and am just preparing my evening meal.

Hi Jennymary, decided home was best due to the cold, although it wasn't half as bad as in some places I believe. Felt completely lazy and settled on a takeaway for supper, so no cooking which is a real treat for me. I tried some more of Richard Osman's The Thursday Murder Club by audiobook, but honestly those are useless for me and lull me off into some deep slumbers. I'm going to give in and buy the e-book as it's clearly worth reading! Don't blame you for changing your mind about cleaning the bathroom. It'll still be there waiting for you on Wednesday, Thursday or whenever you please! 👍😊
