Spent most of the day pottering around, had reading group this morning which was, interesting, all poems, some we could make sense of, others we couldn't work them out at all, didn't venture out as its been dull and miserable here, went out yesterday and out again tomorrow 😊❤️🌈STAY SAFE AND. WELL

Busy here today with an early walk this morning, Scottish gaelic lessons and listening to music and then applying for 4 jobs.

Those application forms are tedious!

I'm glad your reading group was good, it's interesting trying to figure out poems.

We had a little sun here this morning then the fog descended and the rain appeared a while later.

I did 2 Joe Wicks Hiit workouts, went shopping, had lunch then rang our youngest daughter.

Stay safe and well and have a lovely evening.

Alicia xx🌈😊👍

Odd sort of day today Jennymary. I had a steroid injection into my shoulder this morning to try to improve the pain its given me over the past three months or so. First time I've actually had a face to face doctor's appointment since it started and although it has always been diagnosed as a rotator cuff tear, it's now thought to be an impingement. I don't mind what name's pinned to it. I just hope this will help with the pain! 😆I sounds as if your reading group was a little challenging. The meaning behind some poems can be quite challenging! 👍😊

I went for a very short walk (about half a mile), as I had done yesterday. This is only the second time I have ventured out since September. I spoke with a chap cleaning windows on the way home; Jacqui told me off for getting too close. Sometimes one simply forgets. . . .

I painted a picture that is posted elsewhere on this site today. Otherwise, as usual: cooking, eating, napping, getting into trouble with Jacqui.

A poor night sleeping last night; something to do with the visit to the radiotherapy department today?

Hi JennyMary, I now have a minuscule tattoo for the radiotherapist to use as a guide when next I visit. Otherwise, apart from feeling tired, I am okay.

Hi, Well, today is my first day up. I've been in bed since Tuesday as I had some unpleasant side effects after having the Covid vaccination. I still feel shaky but hope the effects will start to ease.
