Sounds like you've had an excellent and productive day Jenny, well done. Also best of luck with going back to work.
Hubby and me did the housework this morning. I went out for a powerwalk afterwards. When I got home hubby was just about to go out in the garden and plant some runner and drawf beans and tomato plants. When I finished lunch I planted some heathers.
Hope you have a lovely evening.

I've had a wonderful day, I repotted 4 baby tomato plants, kale, chard and planted some more cauliflower seed and planted my special cucumber seed (I only plant one because the seeds are so reliable and one plant feeds me most of summer. Its a lovely sunny day but quite cold.
Enjoy your week
Sounds like you had a very busy, productive day, Jenny! I hope work on Wednesday goes well for you.
I did a few chores earlier this morning and then went for a walk due to snow showers being forecast for this afternoon. Glad I did because there were indeed snow and hail showers this afternoon. I have been watching the BBC programme about the Duke of Edinburgh on catch up this afternoon which was very moving - an incredible man!
I hope you have a good evening ππ·
Milo duty
Iron? That's a 4 letter word Glad you have managed to do so much. I have hung my washing out in the garden, washed up a bowlful of dishes and tidied around. That's enough for 1 day as I'm knackered now.
You sound very organised Jennymary, and have accomplished a lot today.
For me this morning, chores then sorting more paperwork and ordering a new shredder which was delivered this afternoon (no excuse for not keeping on top of unwanted paperwork now). I then made some soup and had lunch. This afternoon spent just listening to music. ππΌ
Scottish Gaelic, Baby the cats 17th birthday party, short walk out and made a roast dinner and prepared for my interview tomorrow on video at 1.30pm.
Hope Baby enjoyed her birthday party, and good luck for tomorrow
Good luck for tomorrow at 1.30 Catgirl, fingers crossed for you. You always give it your best and you canβt do any better than that. πππ€πΊ
Those other jobs I went for previously now I have had time to calm down were no loss in my view!

Yesterday I went to see where places were for interviews I will be going to a week this Monday and Tuesday and I walked past a station called heath low level and it brought back memories of an interview in 2019 that had gone wrong as there had been a delay on the trains and I had been due there at 9.15am and I had rung them to explain and apologise and they had said to go there anyway and I did!
I got there and they were going to have made me wait until 12.15 after the interviews had finished and I had waited until 10.45am and then had left there!
Nowadays I feel that missed interview was a blessing in disguise and life telling me no even though it hurt at the time.
Point is it's a city and anything can happen and some things are beyond your control as I had left in good time to go there but I don't control the railways and the point is the world doesn't revolve around them and their appointment times!
Anything can happen unexpectedly like a sick child, problems on the trains, an accident on the motorway and it's not just a simple case of someone messing around that makes them late as some things are beyond your control and the world doesn't revolve around them!
Youβve learned a lot through your experiences Catgirl, and that has made you philosophical. You have a great attitude and that will stand you in good stead whatever the future holds. My very best wishes to you. ππ
The thing is though when these blows strike they can feel devastating and like the world has ended don't they?
I would rather try and regret doing things than sit at home full of regret over not doing things and wondering what might have been.
No experiences are a waste if you learn from them!
But Iβve noticed that you quickly put the disappointment behind you and move on. πππ
