Although it's been bright here, the sun hasn't really come out, but walked down to the garage, got a few things which included a box of blackcurrant sundaes π, started walking home the long way around, but too chilly and went straight back, otherwise put the clean clothes away, back now getting easier by the day, which is making life easier π»π·π°

I have had a great day today Scottish gaelic this morning and then for a walk and a picnic in the sunshine by the river Rhymney and done some job hunting, got another interview for 12 April on video, had afternoon tea and watching junior on DVD now.
Good luck with your up coming interviews
Something will turn up sooner or later if I keep at it!
I really enjoyed my walk and picnic out at lunchtime to the river Rhymney.
I am sure it will Catgirl! Got a friend I used to work with and finally he landed himself a job! Kitchen Porter in a Hotel near him! So he's happy π€
i spent almost 6 hours dealing with, and looking for paperwork, and i swear thats more tiring than any manual work, but i did manage to dig out and replant a huge Yucca type shrub.
I totally agree with you secrets, Iβve got mounds of paperwork to sort through and shred and Iβm really not looking forward to it. Well done for dealing with yours and digging out and replanting the shrub. ππ
Hi Rachmaninov. I hope you have had a good day. I have lots of paperwork to shred as well but tend to leave mine for a while and then have a blitz. Only problem is that it takes so long to shred when you have let it build up for a while!π
Hello Dovedale. Thank you and you. Yes my shredder took ages, but as its broken (because I put too many sheets in) I have to get another one and meanwhile the paperwork is mounting! When I get the new one I hope to be disciplined enough to shred on a regular basis. ππ€
Oh dear! That is exactly what I do - put too may sheets in at once and then it gets jammed and I have to put it in reverse, ending up with tiny bits of paper all over the floor! It is such a chore and that's why I tend to leave it!
I had a good day, thank you. Been to work and then busy since I arrived home but it keeps me occupied and I do enjoy it.
I hope you have a lovely evening π
The bike hire guys came round today to pick up my loan bike. I practiced my French this morning and then I sat down and then played with Milo this afternoon. Took him on a quick walk to help him go but nada on that end.
Hi Jenny. Good to know that your back is getting better and hope you enjoy the sundaes!
I have been at work again today and have been busy this evening putting shopping away, cooking etc. but plan to sit and relax a little this evening. I am very tired due to the clock change at the weekend and it feels as though I am getting up an hour earlier! I should have adjusted to that in a couple of weeks.
I hope you have a good evening π
I struggle for a week most of the time Dove when clock changes, more in Spring thou π€β€οΈ
π€£ I do enjoy the lighter evenings though, especially when it's been sunny. It just takes a little while for my body to adjust!
Have a good eveningπ
Absolutely! I remember clocks not going forward and back years ago! We were in Bordon, near Aldershot! It was so early light about 3 am in summer! But winter time it was pitch black by 4pm! Didn't like that either! Think clock going forward is a good thing really Dovedale ππ€
I couldn't agree more! I would hate the dreary, long, dark evenings in the winter - they are bad enough as it is, so would prefer to adjust twice a year and it's a small price to pay in my opinion π
Where do you live, as here really n North Yorkshire it was a lovely afternoon today again!!!β€οΈπ€
I'm down in Bristol. As I say it was dry but not much actual sunshine
Really? bummer; that's a pity Jennymary! But it has gone a lot cooler up here again this evening! You in Bristol! Better pray your city stays calm over Easter, as protests were planned again! Hope you live more outside in Bristol Jennymary and not too close to the city centre! Was horrified when I saw the first protest and violence in Bristol! Felt very sad about that! Hope it stays quiet! π€π€π€β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
Sounds like your day's gone well Jenny and I'm pleased your back is getting better.
I've been child minding today and our weather has been similar to yours.
I stretched in the morning . Took a nice walk out in the rain. Swept and Mopped the kitchen floor. Completed all my balance exercises, raised myself up and down 30 times on a chair and got the mail in the rain.
Very happy my husband got me a new teakettle
since the one I've been using is broken .
I invited my son to join me in getting the mail
but he declined, I also set up for our Jewish Sabbath which is Friday.
I thank G-D I can do all that.
I hope you have a good evening.
Leslie
