What constitutes an interview?I spend hours every day "looking after myself" so I would be willing to participate.

Do you need to "interview "one of us - or could you just post:

"How do you look after yourself"?

Hi, Maria3018, It sounds like a great project and I'm not sure how it would work on this forum but wonder if given permission by a member, you could conduct your interview through the "chat" feature on H. U. ???? If so, I would be happy to participate.

Here are some ideas

This is how I do self care

I spend some time napping. And I do treat myself to a pre recorded service online on Sunday as well. On rainy days I love to sit down and watch a cheery film or Netflix show, eat some tasty candy canes, a small tub of nice ice cream and munch on a packet of Magic Stars too. I tend to even give myself a quick foot massage and sometimes order Chinese food in lieu of cooking up a meal.

You could even try painting or art. Buy yourself some decent flowers from a independent reputable local flower shop in addition. Try also writing down your feelings in a classy notebook or on a empty piece of paper. Burn letters are good for this really.

Read a good storybook in bed, listen to some very old cheesy foreign music and try being happy. Have a warm toasty fire going and then just curl up on the sofa with a blanket. Whatever floats your boat. Meditate. Sing. Scream into a pillow or cry. Let it all out. Release all of your emotions gently. Come out on the other side however. Describe your true feelings. Make some notes.

Maybe if you are sharing information on anybody from here you should also let us know if you are going thru any issues. I'm sure there are people on here that will share without the mockery some put on here. If it is approval you need then so be it. I also notice no one can message you so it seems you will be doing the interview and then disappearing. It would not be fair to the members in here if you didn't share a little about yourself (if you have any issues) before interviewing us/them. I guess a little tit for tat. Some have issues on here that are very personal that they share with members they trust. If you break that trust by not being forward with us then this site ciykd be comprised by a person who crashed and left. I have shared intimate details after talking with different ones on here and wouldn't want it going outside this forum. I'm not being a hardcore about it I just think of this as a hippa type scenario here. Yes I myself would prob tell you a little about myself but I also need to learn something about you if you are experiencing some issues that possibly could help me or another member.

There is a difference between information and advice.

I've been on self-isolation for almost a year. A am a college student so have a lot to study, sometimes barely coping on my own, sometimes just use help of topwritersreview.com/review... . Also I'm an avid crafter and scale miniaturist. I got a 3D printer, and have been learning to design for it. I'm making mini furniture, frames for embroidered pieces, and even my holiday cards feature a 3D ornament.
