I took inspiration from Hidden 's posts on his home cooked stews and made one tonight. I used to make a lot of stews before my IBS got worse, I used to use onions and leeks but I can't anymore so I substituted using the spice Hing. I'm pleased to say it tasted delicious.
I used parsnips, carrots, potatoes, homemade stock cubes, miso paste and tinned lentils.
