I also made this today, a serving for tonight and rest for the freezer.
I tasted it and it tastes delicious, this is the first time I've made it. Just a tip, I like cloves but if you don't leave them out as the taste is quite prominent.
Also, I just threw everything in my slow cooker, used tinned lentils as dry are high fodmap, and set it to high for around 3 to 4 hours, then I stirred in the coconut milk before liquidising.
I can honestly say it was really good. The recipe calls for a pressure cooker but I literally just put everything in the slow cooker on high until the sweet potato was cooked, I then added the coconut milk. I used one tin of lentils which I rinsed very well.π
Hi Jerry, it was really good thank you, I was thinking of you when I made it, good wholesome ingredients.
I had a bowl tonight and enjoyed every mouthful.π
Hope you're having a good evening.
Take care Jerry
