A bit of exercise to get my beloved spelt flour

Yay, I got the spelt flour today, it's the white one which I don't normally have but it's spelt all the same. I suppose it's one way to keep fit, I've only used the car for my main weekly shop.

I cycled just over 17 miles.

Definitely accomplished. There's no way I thought I'd have difficulty finding spelt flour. Good thing though, decent amount of exercise in the bargain though.😊

It certainly was, hard work coming home though with a head wind.

Yes I know but it was worth it as even GF bread doesn't really like me, I made another GF loaf today and it didn't like me. With trying lots of different breads I've found that oats and spelt are the best for my tummy.

I'm really pleased though, I've got my pulse down to 51 lowest it's been in a while.😊
