I tried another banana bread today and here it is. I've carried out a little taste test and it does taste good.
It doesn't say on the instructions what size loaf pan, now I've made it you would need a 1 lb loaf pan, I used a larger one and the loaf is very shallow but still tastes good though, they will just be very small slices.
Just a note that I didn't have any Almond Breeze milk so I used oat milk instead. I used an extra banana as well to use up the bananas I had so it didn't go to waste.

Thank you Hidden , I have a setting on my phone camera that adjusts to the actual colour of what you are taking a photo of.
Looks very tasty. My daughter has just sent me a photograph she is currently baking, what I don't know. The picture just shows the baking tin going into the oven. I'm sure she will send another of the finished product sometime this evening. xx

Thank you. I do like baking. I used to make children's birthday cakes when my girls were little. I also practised sugarcraft and made celebration cakes for friends, it was a hobby.
