This is my last sourdough loaf, a white one which I finally got baked yesterday and you'd asked about Alicia. I'm afraid this one's not for you as I know you have to be gluten-free but it's a fail-safe recipe for anyone who likes to make a fairly easy and trouble-free sourdough loaf.
It's my go-to recipe and I have two versions, one of which uses strong white flour only and another which uses part white/part rye flour and beer.
I won't bore you all with the recipe as this isn't a food community, but if anyone would like it, please just ask.
I had intended to arrange my loaf artistically and cut off one perfect slice for a photoshot. Sadly, before I had the chance, I discovered my husband chomping on the crust covered in lashings of butter (sigh)! π€£
Oh well it's made for eating, not admiring, when all's said and done! π
