I went around the coast again today, I was going to walk through the woods but couldn't as there are no toilets on that route whereas they are keeping one public toilet open on the coastal path, for those of you that have IBS will understand.
I started out absolutely fine but then had to rearrange my plans and walk the coastal path again as my tummy was playing up - I will never eat Buckwheat again for sure. I'm becoming more and more open about my IBS since taking part in a programme, I can't say anymore than that as yet. My diet is proving to be very problematic at the moment and that's because I cannot get spelt flour anywhere to make my spelt sourdough bread. The spelt bread I make definitely suits my tummy.
Anyway, back on to the walk, I hope you like the photos and hope you've all had a good day.
Here are some more photos in the Health Walk forum.

There's been many times I have had to go behind a Bush when out in the open air because there were no toilets nearby which is why I keep tissues in my bag just in case they are needed.
Yesterday we had baby the cats 16th birthday party via zoom and one of my friends said how the fighting for food and basic things this past few weeks has driven her to tears of frustration and despair and how lots of people feel like that. I had nearly lost my temper on Saturday night over a false fire alarm caused by burnt food at 10pm as I was feeling so fed up but didn't thankfully!

It's hard isn't it. I was trying my upmost to avoid that and fortunately managed to, just got there in time. I'm going to carry my emergency pack i.e. a spade and toilet tissue with me now wherever I go just in case but it was the Buckwheat that had caused this.
Aw bless, our cat is approximately 13 years now, he was a stray so not 100% sure of his age but that was the guess at the vets. I can understand how it's driven your friend to tears, people seem to have bought food that they don't normally buy, I never have any problems buying spelt flour each week but since this has happened I cannot find it anywhere.
I'm glad you didn't lose your temper. If I'm feeling like that I will sit on the edge of the bed and deep breath which I will do tonight.
Thank you Jerry, I wouldn't have bought the buckwheat had I known about the side effects. Think I'll follow my own nose now so to speak and ignore some of what's in the low fodmap book.
Thank you and it was very windy today so kept the temperature down quite nicely, it was hard to keep walking though in places, particularly walking back to my local beach.
You stay safe and well Jerry and yes I will not be buying buckwheat ever again, now I know why I didn't like the taste.
