A quick catch up. One year ago yesterday I had my defibrillator turned off. I don't feel a lot different from last year a bit shorter breath and a little more tired but all in all qhite OK. Have bought a second hand mobity scooter and am now able to get about without my poor wife having to push me. Stay safe stay well love to you all.

Hi! Congrats on one year since turning off your defibrillator. It's great to hear you are feeling ok and sounds like it's great to get out of the house on your own with your mobility scooter. I hope you are staying safe and well and can enjoy some sunshine today!
Hi Mollycorn. That's all good news then and I'm glad for your wife too - at least it's been building her muscles up. Take care. x
that's great news .. all good wishes to you both x
So glad to hear you're doing so well Mollycorn1936. Very encouraging. Stay well!🙏👍
Why did they turn it off .Is it still inside your chest???
I have a Mobility Scooter which is about 14 yrs old after my back was damaged when I had a tumour removed. It has allowed me to do many things that I would not have been able to do and has been abroad with me. I see people struggling to get about and wonder why they do not have one. I believe they
can be hired.
