A bit Off Topic, but can anyone Help?

Dear All,

I want to 'Set Up' a Simple Email Account, for my Mother. I Don't need a Buisness Account, A Charity Account, a Marketting Account....or ANYTHING other than a '[e-mail]' or '[e-mail]'. I'm NOT having much 'Luck'..... perhaps it's just ME.

So far Not much 'Doing'... apart from one Site that I had to Join, for Advice- fully Refundable, you understand. My own Account was 'Set Up' forme Many Years ago, now by an IT Tutor, of all people.

Can anyone Offer, my Mum....and Me, any advice Please?
