Hope you've all had a good day and are staying safe and warm.
I had a dental appointment at 11:15 today and all went well. I tossed up between riding my bike or walking, as it was still very cold I decided on my bike - I don't like riding my bike when it's really cold, I prefer to power walk as I stay warmer.
I walked 15.61 miles and 31,192 steps.
Hope you have a good afternoon/evening.
Stay safe and well.

Yes I much prefer walking in the cold, I warmed up pretty quick. My knee plays up from time to time but it helps me to keep on walking. Exercise bikes are good for knees.ππ€π
Hi Jerry
Thank you. The dentist went very well and I had X Ray's which were all good.
It was a very good walk/jog, I kept lovely and warm.
Yippee... Good for you. My bike is on a stand in conservatory as don't like the road any more!! But at least it's my own bike and not an exercise bike.
Thank you very much, I really appreciate your very kind words. Yes I'm pleased it went well.
I am very fortunate to have the countryside around me fore sure.
I've been out again today and it was very windy and cold. I'll be out again tomorrow but then rain starts here as well, it's not looking good.ππππ
That's such a shame. It can get confusing but I think I've posted so many now that I'm okay with it. I'm sure you pick it up, most of mine are posted using my phone.ππ
