A TIRING DAY VERY MUCH ACHIEVED WHAT I NEEDED TO DO

Hello this my first post in this part of the forum.

Totally been an exhausting day just managed to organise my shopping another order came this morning.

Supermarket used to use all the produce was horrible not good and quality rubbish buying Chicken Germany Thailand yet we have perfectly good farmers producers here.

Had no food as most of it was inedible so complained made an order last night new supermarket.

Arrived this morning new lovely veggies tastes wonderful had veggie Curry Lunch, just made .

This morning then done the fridge freeze meals sauces and those waiting to be cooled down, in these times.

Need to be organised need to be practical seems the virus is ongoing and the most important things.

Is to be practical sensible try not to get anxious and stresses are common right now.

If I can help any one be a friend ask me anything problems issues happy to be supportive.

My top tip is not be panicking and feel isolated lonely your not alone.

If I can advise also days get depressed down and lacks positivity so try to cope by first realising this not your fault.

Being emotive and lacking self esteem have no confidence to day it is fine make some adjustments.

Why do meals and practical solutions when better other days, those days make a plan.

Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy but if you have the courage the strength to do a few simple tasks please take your time.

It is easy to forget have a bad day and let things pile up be anxious about social domestic responsibilities

Make those notes in your diary and take it slowly.

Will do this duty task need to be done when better.

Lessons learnt are being aware of the situation problems we as a community are in and we need address talk to those who need a helping hand.

Being ill getting flustered can not cope.

I wish every one well keep safe and take care of each other who ever they are.

Hello there, I agree with Jerry , it does sound like you have been very busy and pacing is a very good idea. Things can get stressful if you feel your not getting the chores done you think you need to. Setting achievable targets daily, will help make the day organized. There is always something you can join in on site. There are puzzles or join in with the conversations, people post on all manner of interesting topics. It is a supportive community. We know the virus is still out there, so keeping ourselves safe is still very important. 👍👍

Hello pleasure to meet you, thank you warm welcome.

Understand everything your saying.

One has to be aware of their own self their mental health, I do get stressed.

Usually concerned care about those days getting too anxious and depressed.

If that happens frightened that things pile up and have structures in place reason why get exhausted.

Get those structures fail safes back ups sorted organised. On line websites help as does on line retail shopping.

Panics and fears insecurities in the past due to self centred selfish and used abused by people thought my friends often left me with no food no money and most of important no friendship lines of support.

Including those supposed to be my landlord or housing associations. Thank goodness met others not at all like that.

On websites like this one.

I have learnt to be independent and do much education, knowledge to inspire heal those in similar circumstances.

More important how are you coping??

Please if can be supportive happy to do so.

Hello thank you warm welcome .

Hope be of some use to others being the member I am knowledge expertise and much more.

It is not good at the moment this Government UK has no idea what there doing, awful.

My heart prayers to every one suffering .

I was asked the other day a visit repair maintenance staff how long seen any one .

I stated keep in touch neighbour next door but despite that three months on going.

Mentally can cope have my techniques education some guidance information in my times at mental health charities.

Although do much as I can have some days of depression and anxiety but cope the best I can.

What helps me is finding solutions ideas and some plans, scary and frightening for many members on the website.

This is something can identify so help and heed keep those positive thoughts by giving reassurance.

Care share and be a friend if I can of those struggling if they wish to.

Thank you please can I ask enough about me how are you coping, your important too remember.

I have been a volunteer in mental health charities on line websites as well.

Know the stresses and strains the heartbreak the some times to need a respite some space to off load.

Please if I can be that person happy to be so. To listen be offering empathy and compassion.

Bring some sunshine amongst the pain.
