Yes I actually did it, can’t believe it! The running wasn’t an issue at all, tired at times but nothing unusual. The biggest issue was my attitude! Couldn’t sleep, was tossing and turning all night and gave in at 5.45! Had a tight chest and stomachache with worry, what a waste of time! Trust the programme people, we can do this! πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸŽ‰
