Hi Searcher_T. I'd just like to add the caveat that it's still probably best to check with a clinician whether it needs to be taken by an individual, and in what form and dosage if it is. That's not to say that you aren't quite right. It's just that we must be ultra-careful not to promote anything which might turn out to be dangerous for any individual in some circumstances.
