I hope you have had a good week so far and feel ok today
I must admit I haven't been cooking and baking as much this week. I have felt a bit under the weather, not sure if it's the colder weather, or a bit of a mood slump after the guidelines update on Sunday. Whatever the case is though, I feel like I'm coming out on the other side of it and hope to have a more productive weekend!
I can't take credit for the meal this week, my lovely husband has made it for Wednesday night's dinner and today's leftover lunch. It is Turkish Flats by Jamie Oliver in his 15 minute meal book. It's one of our family favourites and tastes incredibly fresh with the salad mixture that goes on top.
