Hope you are having a good week! I am in a great mood today because my husband and I are venturing to Dorset this evening for a long weekend. I guess you could call it a 'baby moon' as we are celebrating 18 weeks of pregnancy (we found out just after lockdown started!) and yesterday was the first time my husband was able to attend a scan to see the baby
To celebrate, we cooked week one of my favourite Jamie Oliver meals. We usually make it at least once a month, but I have been off fish until recently (thank goodness I'm not anymore because I love it). This recipe is made up of bream, couscous, a red pepper tapenade, pistachios, pomegranate and harissa yogurt. The flavours are amazing together and the colours of the dish are so beautiful. You can watch Jamie make it in his 15 min meal show here dailymotion.com/video/x6s6u22. Apologies the presentation of the dish in my photo is a bit haphazard as it was remade for lunch the next day. But if you feel adventurous, I would definitely recommend this dish!
What is everyone else cooking this week? Hope you all have lovely weekends!

aw thank you so much! we are heading to bridport and hoping to take a few day trips to some local beaches! i've only been in that area once so i'm very excited to explore
Thanks so much Jerry and thanks for always sharing your amazing bakes too! Those shortbread biscuits look heavenly, I could eat a whole bunch of those right now! Hope you also have a lovely weekend! Take care!
Have a lovely time. FYI Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) council have just produced a free app where you can check out which beach is less crowded. X
