Hi all
I made some sugar free banana bread today, it smells lovely and I'm looking forward to trying it, here is the recipe attached as a photo as I couldn't find it online for some reason. Photo to follow of the bread.

Am not keen on sweet things and think banana has enough sweetness in it not to need sugar too. Sometimes I put jam in, and use olive oil instead of butter or marg. I even make creme caramel without sugar and much prefer it that way.

That's really good wiserlady as too much sugar isn't good for us and agree that bananas have enough sweetness of their own. This one has coconut oil in it. Your crème caramel sounds lovely to me - yum 
Hey, that's great! I am wheatfree and dairy free and looking for low sugar alternatives so, will have a go with this for the kids 🙂

Perfect when you have food sensitivities. I'm Vegan and am following the low fodmap diet for IBS, I can't eat wheat either. I used all GF oat flour and it turned out well and doesn't fall apart which is a bonus. I used a 1 lb loaf pan.
