Sadly I'm not going to be able to make my homemade spelt sourdough bread because everywhere, I mean everywhere, is out of stock. I really do not know what is wrong with people bulk and panic buying.
I have bought extra GF oats as I have it in mind to make some bread using the oats. I know this isn't easy but I'm a Vegan, GF and yeast free so this drastically reduces my options. I've managed to fine a one bowl Vegan GF free banana nut bread by Beaming Baker, Vegan bread (this one doesn't say who it's creator is), GF Vegan Oat Bread by Rhian Williams and Flourless Nut and Seed Bread (Vegan and Gluten Free) by Cook with Renu.
As you can see I have found a few bread recipes but I was wondering if anyone knew of any other recipes that had less ingredients i.e. just oats, water, raising agent etc.
And as Hidden introduced himself with a photo, here's one of me. This is me doing what I absolutely love, walking in the Lake District.
Thank you
Stay safe everyone.
Alicia

I found this just yesterday, a rice flour banana muffin recipe, GF and only a few ingredients. tinyurl.com/tmhbt8a I hope that meets your dietary restrictions because they taste great.
Hi crazyfitness good to hear your attempting to make bread, I'm gluten free too but have not made bread in years so I'm thinking about digging the bread maker out and giving it a go.
I'm sorry I dont have any recipes but I'm interested to see if others on here do have some they can share. I think Hidden may be able to help here he has lots of lovely gluten free recipes and is very generous with sharing his knowledge and tips.
Thank you for your replying which is appreciated. I've been making my own bread for a long time now and it's very easy to make. Normally there isn't a problem but because of people being stupid in the shops I'm now not able to buy the spelt flour I was buying.
Thank you for tagging Jerry as I agree he does share a lot of lovey GF recipes.
You stay safe and well as well.

Hi Zoonie, I thought I would follow your lead
The Lake District is amazing, one of my favourite places, I also love Derbyshire. I've been to Wales as well and I live right on the South West Coast Path in the South Hams, the sea is around a 15 minute walk for me.
I'll have another look at the Dove's Farm site so thank you.
Alicia
Ah that'll be good, I'll look forward to that.

Hi Jerry
Thank you and yes the Lake District is an amazing place which I know I'm going to miss this year for sure but that's the least of any worries as there are people out there suffering and we must count our blessings.
I know, it's a real shame and I don't know why people have gone so mad. Thank you for the ideas of grinding rice, linseed, quinoa or seeds in a grinder to make my own flour mix, I didn't think of that. As with the oats I've been merrily grinding them for a while now since I found the gorgeous GF and Vegan Brownies made with Sweet Potato which are amazing and I also make banana, oat and peanut bars.
I'll let you know how I get on and thank you Jerry.
Alicia
