I made this loaf of bread today. I’ve never made much bread bought over the lockdown I thought I’d give it a whirl. I haven’t got a bread tin as such so just did it on a baking tray .

You bread looks so good and I love how rustic it is. Never made bread before previous attempts have been abysmal- weighted like stone and totally inedible, despite following recipes to the tee. Enjoy!
Oh dear. Mine went wrong yesterday so decided to try again today. I knew I’d done it wrong yesterday but there was no going back. Was pleased with this one though so thank you! 🙂

Thank you Jerry! So was I impressed it worked. Yesterday’s effort got changed into flat breads 😂
