My wife and I moved 5 yards of soil into the greenhouse where we will grow lots of peppers. They need to be in the greenhouse since it is cooler here in Northern California.
Those pots/bags hold 150 gallons and will have 3 plants each that will over winter in there and burst out early in the spring.
I am not sure if the bags are used elsewhere but they are used extensively in the cannabis industry. So, we use them for peppers since the work and last a long time.

We use those extensively in Hawai'i to garden, the soil is mostly cinder from the volcanoes. Also they are good because the roots get more air and it makes your veggies grow faster.
