Thanks to all of you who voiced concern and also concern about me as I returned to work. All has gone well although I am completely out of shape for the manual work required at a plant nursery!!! It will take a bit to get back in shape. Everyone at work is well and we are following social distancing rules as best we can. We are usually not close together at work but when we are we are taking all precautions. Our boss is always looking out for us. As promised i am attaching a picture of Alan our celebrity greenhouse cat in one of his most charming poses!

Good to hear you are getting back to work, just take it one day at a time and get back to full strength soon, then you can relax like Alan!😀🌈

Aww . . . Now he's worth returning to work for !

Does anyone take him home at night or does he live there full-time?

We can learn a lot from cats (& all animals) - I have.

Hi Spinner.

Great pic.of the cat ! We have always had black and white cats. Each one has been gentle and entertain us with their individual personalities. I almost think of them as a breed unto themselves.

It is nice that you can work and get in shape too. It sounds like a great place to be employed. Enjoy getting back there .

Great news! Glad to hear your boss is supportive and all safety measures are in place for all of you. Loved the picture, too.

Hi Spinner16, Great to catch up with you, post your return to work. It was concerning for you, but I bet you feel a bit better now that you've taken that leap. It sounds as if your boss is looking out for you. You need to be with people who are onside with your safety.

You'll soon get back into shape, but it's just concerning to hear from someone who's done it, how out of shape we are all getting, in lockdown.

Alan is absolutely adorable and in his own right is worth going back to work for! He's one chilled-out chappie! Take care and keep on keeping safe at work! 😊
