Here is today’s bread. Sourdough Baguette. One disappeared before dinner. Blame our son.
It isn’t exactly how I want but I’ll get there. I’ll do another batch later this week with more experimentation. Good thing our son likes to eat.

These are handmade. It isn’t really hard once you get the hang of it. You just have to be around to take care of it.
Takes a day to ferment, as it’s called, folding it over now and then, then shaped, then it goes into the fridge overnight. Baked the following day.
This brings out the best flavor.
