Good morning fellow meditators,
This is the last of my daily Mindfulness meditation updates for you.
Those of you who have read the daily updates from the beginning of The Calm Corner and who have also practised the meditation, now have the basics of what it’s all about and now it’s down to you to commit to practising.
But I’m not deserting you.
You can still find the basic instructions for your Mindfulness meditation practice in my original pinned post, The Calm Corner. And I’ll also add the instructions for Loving-kindness and Forgiveness meditation there.
And, although I won’t post every day, I’ll be happy to answer any of your questions, and if you’d like to, please do add to the post at any time. To receive alerts for updates, it might help to ‘follow’ me.
And please, if anyone would like to contact me by private message for individual support, please do.
Those of you who’ve made it to the end of these basic instructions have done really well.
Some of you might agree with me that meditation is a bit harder than you might originally have thought, and it takes a bit of grit and determination to make ourselves do it regularly.
But if you use that determination, you will be rewarded by a more focused mind which you can use to return to the present moment whenever thoughts threaten to overwhelm you.
Happy meditation everyone, and many thanks for joining in.
