This IS Actually true, no really. I was looking up a Recipe, using Okra, on the BBC Cooking Page....a message 'Flashed Up'....."Did I agree, to them, using COOKIES!🙄 (I couldn't Find a 'Slap Head'). Yes, It's true, I had to agree to the Cooking Channel using COOKIES....you couldn't make this up😂😃🤣😂😁. Does anybody remember the 'Very Famous' Cricket announcement...."The Bowlers 'Holding', the Batsman's 'Willie'" It's true, their names really were 'Holding' and 'Willie'. Not forgetting the BBC, not long after President Obama was elected. They were reporting on a group, of people, waiting for the President....They are not there to 'Barrack' the President, they are there to Welcome him- honestly said!
Does anyone know any other, how can I put this, Clangers/ Gaffs that were actually Transmitted? (Perhaps ignore the, probably endless, 'Ball' jokes) I'll try to think of a few more....Where is Denis Norden, when you need him? (I know that it's Griff Reece Jones, that presents these now)
