Completing profile to 100%

Success! Just had to add some reasonable dates. And there is a category called Investigational treatment if one is not actually receiving any treatment for a condition you consider worth listing, which is helpful if, as in my case, you are waiting for literally years to see a specialist!

HU help was needed to get this far. 😏

I've never managed to get to 100% complete. The system always seems to want something else, but I can't figure out what will make it happy. No wait, I think I did for a short time but an update was done and I was sent back to 66%. 😜

Ditto…. Except mine is 85% - but put it down to not interested in certain issues - and no longer having treatment.

… and does it really matter so long as enough in bio to help other members if they need to refer it which is why we ask for relevant info about current situation of illness.

It was me being curious about this because in the past my profile had been 100%. I wanted to know why it was no longer, and in fact it took a couple of emails back and forth and me sending a screenshot to HU help before they were able to tell me why! Not obvious even to the techies. :D

Sounds about right….

Yes, I'm sure they are asking for more details now, and not sure why. I did add a new condition, one without treatment so far, and that appears to have been the issue. I'm sure they didn't have an option for investigatory treatment before, so maybe my question led to this addition? Still no way to say no treatment needed or not available or declined.

A condition with no treatment was part of my problem earlier on. I used to have a diagnosis of interstitial nephritis after a kidney biopsy to rule out suspected vasculitis. Suspected a nephrotoxic drug, but never pinned down the culprit. I had lowered eGFR and the specialist made it sound permanent. I have been steadily improving and now my eGFR is back to where it was 10 years ago. I've deleted the condition CKD but kept the story in my bio.

Today I'm 87% complete. I'm really only curious because I like things tidy. This seemed untidy. I'm a long retired specialist in medical data collection and analysis so when HeronNS asked the question, my old self wanted to know what was going on. 😉

Untidy! Exactly! Retired librarian here. (Although if you saw my home you'd wonder if I even understand the definition of "tidy" 🤣)

There was a thread on this about a month ago. I’d gone from 100% to 83% and like you, I like things to be tidy…😉

Anyway I eventually worked out that they'd changed things and now wanted the dates of starting various types of medication. I did that and hey presto 100% again!

Well I've gone through the cycle two more times and I'm still just 87%. *sigh* I already had months and years for for all treatments.
