Hi

Just wondering if anyone else is unable to see medical records on nhs app. I have always been able to view my medical records, spoken to gp surgery who confirmed I had access to my records they say it’s probably the app.

Thank you

I was inoculated at 3 months old on my birthday. Who knew? It also doesn’t make sense.

There is no read over information from my most recent Rheumatologist in Leeds. It seems a bit variable.

As usual, we humans are the issue.

Thank you, my records have all disappeared around seven days ago, no sign of immunisations or letters from rheumatology, I know they are updating this month, but according to go pratice all should be showing.

Hi SheffieldJane

Do your records go back that far? I can only find back to 2018. Do I have to request to go back further and is this in the NHS app, as I have that and also have system-online which my GP is a ussr of

Well I was pleased to see it and I guess my mum did as she was told.

Last time I looked, it seemed to have gone to pot. I can no longer read the records as I used to be able to - coincided with requesting info that clearly did not relate to me being taken off!

Mine has been inaccessible but I have just tried it and it worked for the first time. I have noticed that the last bit of information they have added is WRONG though!

Just looked at mine and all seems to be good.

Mine too, but then GP surgery keeps their records uptodate- and nothing much going on at the moment.

Guess I'm likewise, although they had picked up my visit to the opticians a couple weeks ago.

That’s good.

I think it must have been because the opticians ran it as a full health check not just an optical check. Got to go back in November for that.
