Anyone using the HU App?

I usually access the forum using the iPhone App but it hasn’t been working for the past few days. I’m not seeing any new posts, the latest was posted 5 days ago.

Is there a techie who can help?

I do & it’s fine, try switching your phone off then on again, that might help, if not try HU

That’s always my answer to everything, often it works!

Try uninstall & reinstall 🤞🏻

If you need help from HU, scroll down the page (on a computer at least) and there is a black strapline. On the right hand side you will see Support with Help Centre below it. That gives you access to a lot of explanations and a means of emailing them with your problem.

Personally I don’t like the App - find the web page much more user friendly.

How did you fix it?

It actually seems to have fixed itself! I downloaded the app again and then there was an error message on it. When I tried it later it was back to normal.

Very Good x
