I had my third primary vaccine in October, but because the system didn’t cope with such things, it was entered as a booster, with a note identifying it as a primary. With this latest announcement, does anyone know what we should be doing to get our boosters? As I had to chase my GP surgery to get the referral for the third primary, I don’t hold out much hope of getting a call from them to arrange my booster.

Guidelines regarding getting your booster if you’ve had your third primary vaccine
I imagine there will be something from govt within next few days- as decision was only announced today.
If anything comes out in daily Covid email tomorrow, or anywhere else, sure someone will post about it.
Not to mention the fact that - as Rachel Clarke has already pointed out - the NHS found out at the same time as everyone else that they are going to be offering up to a million jabs a day. As of today ...
As DorsetLady says we will be following this & will get you the latest information ASAP - l’m not sure that Our 3rd Vaccines will/won’t be classed as Boosters as the original plan was to have our ‘Boosters’ after 6months but that was before Omicron…..
I got a letter for third dose six months after my second, but when I went for it I was told it was the booster. So much confusion!
Same here, and NHS record shows a Booster so I have written to my GP to ask about the "real" booster!
When I went to get my third dose, it was written on the little card you get, as third dose. My medical records show it as a ‘booster’. This is apparently because the system can’t log it as a third dose (this is what I was told). I am not worrying about it, soon we will all be getting vaccinated every week!!! The goal posts change almost daily! Sadly, staying away from people is all that feels safe these days.
I tried the Vaccination registration site. It says you can update or change things but there are things you need to know from the GP surgery. I sent an email a short while ago as I fear I was registered as a booster.
I’ve emailed Sajid at the Dept of Health & l’ve Tweeted him - often the best way to get a response 😉
Thanks fo raising this Angel as I have exactly the same question and concerns with third primary being registerd as booster. I'll be following further comments and advice.
It was on BBC news this morning, you can have your booster 3 months after your 3rd vaccine x
