GP appointment yesterday to chat over my PMR and Pred dosage. He was very complimentary about the advice from this group and said that we are probably the best people to know how to deal with our illness with support from fellow sufferers and local professionals when necessary.
I'm having an injection in the ankle next week to determine which part of the foot needs surgery, so things are looking up - onwards and upwards as they say!

Excellent you tell your GP next time you see them that forum sufferers are very impressed with Doctors who are willing to listen to and learn from patient experience as well , let them know they are a rare gem!
