A while ago I rported this scam and now it's the same woman? again, with a much longer sob-story. I reported it and had it muted.

It’s just awful, we had one on the Breast Cancer Group offering ‘Cures’ 😡

I checked out her Profile & she’d posted in multiple groups so l reported her immediately as that was the last thing l wanted any newly diagnosed or worse those with a poor prognosis to see read it & get false hope!

We have to be alert to this kind of thing!

No. There was a 'report' on the site, which then asked the nature of report and did you want it muted, which would result in no more from this despicable woman.
