I'm having a really good week. Today went down 0.5 to 11.5. Pill cutter technique improving!

Yesterday I worked, walked the dogs, and then accompanied the hub to his golf captain dinner. I wore heels for the first time in nearly two years! I danced energetically! I ate four mini puds. I wore an outfit my stick thin sister passed on to me! I drove us home. It was blissful fun. Yes I felt fatigue and my shoulders and neck were sore - but how lucky am I? I also spoke to a lovely lady who has had PMR since the age of 48! Icing on the cake! Conversation with one who understands!

Just feeling that there is hope! I know I will take things a bit easier today due to yesterday's exertions but it's like the old me is back! Wish I could magic this euphoria to anyone suffering. Enjoy the weekend.
