Feeling Like a Lightweight!

Feeling Like a Lightweight!

Well... Look at me! I am down to 65mg today!

Only 5 mg away from where I started (at 60 mg) in November. Hahahahaha! Not sure that's really an accomplishment, but it's better than 80!

Hard to believe it's been 87 days since I started this unwelcome, mad, mad, journey, but I have met some awe-inspiring people along the way, who are patiently teaching me the lessons I am destined to learn. Thank you all.

Congratulations, I do hope you keep your reductions going and under control.

I have no idea what 60 is like let alone 80, highest I've had was 15 :)

Hmmmm, try this...

drink 3/4 of a bottle of a heavy bodied red wine (to get you nice maudlin)

drink 8-10 cups of strong Espresso (one after the other)

add a dash of paranoia,

a pinch of anxiety,

a whisper of confusion, doubt, self pity and fear,

allow all of this to blend together in the pit of your stomach, while in your head you can't turn off a loud, horrible, indistinguishable song by Metallica or Iron Maiden.

That's 80mg!

I think I could cope with the wine and music.

I never drink coffee, the smell of it turns my stomach.

As for the rest, I haven't suffered them yet, but there is always time ;)

Good story of what happened to that fine wine...sad

Some people would pay good money for that!

Just be grateful you’re getting it for nothing on the NHS! 🙀😼

I had said that to Dr Hughes... I said, "... back in the day I paid good money to feel like this... NOW I hate it! " He laughed.

ripplefoods.com/?gclid=EAIa... Saw this product in the store and mumbled, ‘Not the Ripple of my youth’, But as we are talking fine wines, let’s not forget Boone’s Farm and Annie Green Springs. Ohhhhh, the information that gets through Pred fog. I couldn’t remember someone’s last name today, but I can remember bad wines of the 1970s? Gesh!

Hang in there, kiddo! You’re heading in the right direction!

I like all the pics you post, but this 1 really made me giggle! Up, up and away....birdwoman. Well, 65 is nothing to sneeze at. You ARE coming down, and not up. You'll get there.
