Only 5 mg away from where I started (at 60 mg) in November. Hahahahaha! Not sure that's really an accomplishment, but it's better than 80!
Hard to believe it's been 87 days since I started this unwelcome, mad, mad, journey, but I have met some awe-inspiring people along the way, who are patiently teaching me the lessons I am destined to learn. Thank you all.

drink 3/4 of a bottle of a heavy bodied red wine (to get you nice maudlin)
drink 8-10 cups of strong Espresso (one after the other)
add a dash of paranoia,
a pinch of anxiety,
a whisper of confusion, doubt, self pity and fear,
allow all of this to blend together in the pit of your stomach, while in your head you can't turn off a loud, horrible, indistinguishable song by Metallica or Iron Maiden.
That's 80mg!

I never drink coffee, the smell of it turns my stomach.
As for the rest, I haven't suffered them yet, but there is always time
