I love your pictures..They make me want to hug the poor little girls. So “tangled” but in a lovable way.

I often have pictures in my brain re PMR.

‘The two sizes too small jacket’

‘The leg muscles tangled with rubber bands’

‘The lobster that hangs off my left triceps’

If only I had your talent to draw my mental images. How wonderful would it be to present a drawing to a Doctor. Look! That’s how I feel!

What’s sitting near her armpit?

Fascinating knots.

If there will be a series of these (fingers crossed) you should consider an exhibition. At least submission to the newsletter.

Thank you

You paint a wonderful verbal picture of how it feels Soroya.

By her armpit is another knot but looks like it morphed into something else.

I’m having some problems with the tendons and fingers in my hands, hope it doesn’t get worse.

Experiment and find out whether heat or cold makes your hands feel better, and then use it. I've been having problems with muscles in upper arms and usually I find heat helps my aches and pains. But when I saw my physiotherapist last week and she started doing a little gentle massage and mobilization, for the first time ever I was grateful for her icy hands! What a relief!

Thanks Heron. will see if either one helps. It seems to be the tendons going over the joints where the fingers connect to the hand are sticking, not smooth. Also get the hand cramps that turn it into s claw. Plus a weaker grip.

Have you tried magnesium supplements? I had hand cramps and it helped.

Yes, I take it before bed and sometimes epsom salts baths. Maybe I’ll try it before I draw too.

I did wonder if it was a miniature gorilla 🐒 But now I look again, it’s a couple of church-organ mice from Bagpuss 🐁🐀 Or maybe it’s a knot ;)

It’s a morphing picture, very interesting.

Hi Mstiles

Your drawing makes me think immediately of Frida Kahlo's work - where she tried to express in many of her paintings the interconnected physical and psychological experiences she was having - such a complex creative and evocative thing to do - 'embodiment' - the holistic 'inside ourselves' perception(s) of how we concurrently think and feel - always as unique individuals.

Thanks it is appreciated
