Hello there

I would like to say a very big thank you to everyone who replied to my constipation problem, there is a lot of helpful tips and advice.

I have written everything down and am going to try them all over time and see what works for me.

Thank you all again and I hope everyone stays as well as they can during their journey through this horrid disease.
