I just want to say thank you to everyone who has responded to my pleas for help, information or just been a sympathetic ear to my moaning.

My health has just suddenly fallen apart - 4 months ago I could walk unaided, felt reasonably fit - and could fit into my clothes, and didnt have any pain.

Sitting at home now feeling unwell with more and more meds, and associated problems can be very depressing.

Having all your experience of medications, sound advice, good wishes and positive thoughts for the future has made a real difference.

I also know that you have all been there and have a real understanding of the despair that I sometimes feel
