thank you

I’d just like to say a big thank you to everyone who responded to me about my morning pain. It was suggested I try taking my Pred at a different time of day, 2am was mentioned as a good time to try.

I’ve taken my pred at 2am for the last two days and the difference has been amazing. They have been the best two days I’ve had since June.

Thank you all again, I hope this improvement continues.

Do like it when a plan comes together!! Do you have any problems in the late evening?

started to ache a little around 8pm, but It didn’t seem as bad as the mornings. Early days, but I’ll monitor it for a bit. So far so good.

It certainly won't be as bad in the mornings taking the pred at 2am. If the evening problems are minor a single is usually best but if the evening is too uncomfortable then it might help to split the dose, about 2/3 in the morning and the rest late enough to extend the effect enough to make evenings better. Then you can usually arrange the times so you don't need to wake in the middle of the night.
