I have been going for Biofeedback. It is the only therapy I go in feeling bad and coming out feeling a bit better. I practice at home but can't seem to make the relief last.
Has anyone had any success with Biofeedback?

Yes, I didn't have many sessions though. I feel the relief is talking to someone that you can unload to, that isn't connected e.g. family and friends.
The next day of course you are on your own and its "back to business" dealing with your health and personal issues.
Its worth carrying on until you decide in yourself whether its helping or not. If not, at least you have tried.
Personally I gave up, to me pain is pain, and nothing anyone can say will change that.
All the best
So sorry you didn't get any relief. Yes, it does help to talk to someone. The one I go to works with a computer program. I don't talk to the psychologist. He is there, but I interact with the computer. He emphasizes that it won't take the pain away. In my case when I am preoccupied intensly with something I don't feel the pain as much. It takes a few months to start feeling some relief.
It has helped a lot. I will take any relief I can get even if its temporary!
Hi
Than you must continue, as long as you feel better from it that's all that matters.
