Hi to you all can anybody recommend best heating pads for pelvic pain its been a very long time i certainly do not feel the medication i am on is helping in any which or form xx

Hi I use to use wheat pack You put in the microwave 4 three minutes. Don't leave it in any more then that it could explode

Places like Poundland and Home Bargains sell the ones for period pain. They are one use, self heating that you stick to your clothes. There's also rechargeable USB heat pads on ebay for a fair price.
