For years I have been having pain after bowel movement I have burning pain in vaginal area it lasts for days then goes away when I feel the urge to have bowel movement I start all over with pain .it's a stabbing burning pain I can't even walk I try to tighten the butt muscles to calm down

It sounds like pudendal neuralgia to me. I’d see a pelvic physiotherapist.
