Pain and feeling unwell for months. Any advice? Please

Hey

I’m 31F, not sure of my exact weight - definitely overweight but not obese. I have PCOS diagnosed when I was 16.

Around 4 months ago I started having an odd pain in my left side under my left ribs. Really intermittent but got more frequent as time went on.

I’m experiencing vibration like feeling in my lower abdomen everyday. Like as if there’s a phone on vibrate in my womb or something. Sometimes it wakes me up at night.

I feel freezing at night but I’m warm to the touch sometimes sweating.

Then my stomach started making tons of noise, really really loud quite high pitched. Like gas/digestion sounds but crazy loud.

Started going for a poo more than usual, I used to be once a day but going up to 3 times. My stools are floating and a little more orange than usual.

Weeing super frequently.

Dizzy lightheaded spells every day.

It’s got to the point now it hurts every time I take a deep breath on my left side, back - under my left shoulder blade.

In the midst of all this I’ve had a urinary prolapse. It’s not like fully hanging out of me but is bulging into my vagina and blocking most of the hole.

Hearing high pitched noises at times and having neck clicking.

I’m having vaginal bleeding everyday. Sometimes it’s just light red blood, other times it’s brown old blood and then sometimes it’s full bleeds with clots.

Every day when it gets to around 3/4pm I literally crash. I feel so ill as if my body is shutting down. Not hungry but weak like I haven’t eaten for weeks and then I perk up again after I’ve eaten. I literally have to force myself to eat though I haven’t really got an appetite and feel really nauseous during these spells.

I’ve had a chest, abdomen and pelvic CT, all came back ok. I’ve had an abdomen and pelvic ultrasound, again ok.

I’ve had a ton of blood tests all came back ok. Apart from TSH level which was 4.5, but my T4 was ok apparently so they don’t think it’s related to that.

I’m just at a loss for where to turn / what to do next.

What further tests would you recommend? I literally feel like shit every day. I’m scared and I don’t know where to turn.

Have you been checked for cervical cancer? If you haven't, I would definitely get tested for that asap.

oh my goodness, you are the first person I have come across that has had similar symptoms to me. The vibrations drive me crazy. They go up my left leg and across my pubic bone. Struggling with pudendal, neuralgia, lichen sclerosis, and erosive lichen planus. at one point I had bleeding every day as well. Turned out I had fibroids that needed to be removed. Have had major G.I. issues. Right now I am being treated for the Vulvodynia as well as the pudendal neuralgia. I too have had most of my tests come back normal but clearly there is something wrong. I think the most important thing you can do is to keep Advocating for yourself until you find someone who can help you. I have been to three of the largest institutions in my state and the neighboring state. I finally got help by doing that. What one Dr doesn’t know perhaps the next one will. If you want, we can keep in touch to see if either of us learns anything that will be of help to the other. I will keep you in my prayers.
