Odd anal sensation

Its like the anus feels "warm" after a normal bowel movement (don't eat spicy food) and then feels like there's pressure there or pushing out feeling after a bowel movement. No straining or constipation, no blood.

Sometimes uncomfortable to sit. Maybe it's a tight pelvic floor? Levator Ani?

I had GI perform rectal exam and found nothing abnormal.

Anyone experience this?

Any insight? Any diagnosis you've received?

I think you should see a qualified pelvic PT who can assess any hip dysplasia and do internal work to see if your pudendal nerve is involved.

Have you ruled out having hemorrhoids?

Hi thank you for your advice

My GI did a rectal exam and didn't find anything.

I think internal hemorrhoids can't be found during rectal exams? Not sure about internal hemms...but when she did the digital rectal exam she said it was normal
